EEDS

Privacy Policy

Trumpets of Truth International, Inc., doing business as TTI Enterprises ("TTI", "we", "us"), makes EEDS (Equine Educational and Diagnostic Software), an app used by equine veterinarians and farriers ("practices") to manage clients, horses, visits, invoices and payments. This policy explains what information we handle and how.

Information practices store in EEDS

Practices enter their clients' names, contact details (including mobile phone numbers), horse records, visit notes, images and invoices. This information belongs to the practice. It is stored on the practice's devices and in the practice's own Apple iCloud account. TTI does not sell it or use it for advertising.

Text messages (SMS)

When a practice turns on text messaging, EEDS sends texts on the practice's behalf to clients who have agreed to receive them, such as appointment reminders, "on my way" updates, payment links and receipts. To send these texts we process the client's mobile number and the message content through our messaging provider, Amazon Web Services.

  • Clients opt in when they give their mobile number to the practice and agree to receive texts; the practice records that consent in EEDS.
  • Message frequency varies with the client's appointments. Message and data rates may apply.
  • Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help.
  • No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except service providers (such as our messaging provider) who send the messages for us.

Payments

Card payments are processed by Stripe. TTI does not store full card numbers.

Security and retention

We use encryption in transit and access controls. Message records are kept only as long as needed to deliver messages, handle opt-outs and meet legal requirements.

Children

EEDS is a business tool for veterinary and farrier professionals and is not directed to children under 13.

We will post any changes to this policy on this page and update the date above.
